All organizations require money to operate.  Our board members are not paid, nor are our volunteers.  But we still need insurance to protect our members; insurance if someone gets hurt; and insurance to operate.  We also pay for the vetting of our volunteers to guarantee that the people who are helping you are safe.  This is a prime concern.  So, we pay for vetting.  As a result, we must apply for grants, but it does not pay for everything, websites, applications, supplies, events, etc. We are requiring for a modest membership fee to help with the expenses.  Below are our membership fees:
